Hydrotherapy

Hydrotherapy is a treatment using the water and is also known as hydropathy. It is a part of naturopathy which takes advantage of physical properties of water as therapy. There are various common method of hydrotherapy.

Sauna

Sauna is a type of hydrotherapy which can be used for both recreational and therapeutic purposes. It entails staying in an enclosed heated room, and it improves circulation, opens skin pores, removes toxins, relaxes muscles, reduces weight, releases stress, increases joint movements, relieves stiffness and generalized body aches, rheumatic arthritis, gout and back pain.
